The hills of a Sheffield farm were alive with the sound of music at an annual summer festival.
The wet weather failed to dampen the spirits of revellers young and old who descended on Heeley City Farm for an afternoon of music and farm related fun.
Farm Fest featured a variety of music as well as a host of stalls and activities for families to enjoy for free.
Spokeswoman Sarah Hardy said: “The first couple of hours were slow with early rain showers keeping people away, but after that loads of people turned out.
“It was a really lovely atmosphere, the bands were great, people were having a dance and a pint, the kids were happy getting their faces painted, making silly hats and going and doing crafts in the Energy Centre and having a go on the Human Fruit Machine!”
She added: “We’ve not finished counting the money taken, but it looks like we’ve raised some cash for farm funds.”
