RAP kings Kanye West and Jay Z will hold court with their Watch The Throne Tour at Sheffield Motorpoint Arena and we have tickets to be won.
They will perform classic hits plus songs from their number one album Watch The Throne, which features Jay Z’s wife Beyoncé and more.
The Sheffield concert - on June 21 - has just been added as an additional and final date to their UK appearances after venues sold out in minutes around the country.
It follows the phenomenal success of their chart topping collaboration album and also a 35-date sold out US tour.
The UK dates are also hot on the heels of their huge success at the 2012 Grammy Awards, winning the award for Best Rap Performance, for the lead track, Otis, weaving Otis Redding’s Try A Little Tenderness.
Other guests on the album include Frank Ocean, Curtis Mayfield and Mr. Hudson. The lead track, OTIS, weaves Otis Redding’s Try A Little Tenderness.
Both Jay Z and Kanye West have each appeared as guests on the other’s stage but on this tour they are coming together for never-before-seen performances not only from their collaboration, but also songs from their classic catalogue.
For this project, the long-time friends and pop culture visionaries, have joined their extraordinary talents to form the group The Throne.
