Raise the Red Flag – one of Britain’s biggest girl bands are back together and hitting the road.

After next month’s comeback show in London sold out in 60 seconds, All Saints have announced details of their first full UK headline tour in more than 15 years.

The 10-date run will see the quartet of Melanie Blatt, Shaznay Lewis and sisters Nicole and Natalie Appleton perform across some of the UK’s major cities in October – including a show in Sheffield.

With a career spanning more than a decade, All Saints sold more than 12 million records and enjoyed five UK number one singles from 1997 to 2000 with Never Ever, Under the Bridge/Lady Marmalade, Bootie Call, Pure Shores and Black Coffee – Never Ever was also a top-five hit in America.

Playing live is our favourite thing to do as a band and we can’t wait to perform all our hits plus some new tracks from Red Flag.

The band said: “We couldn’t be more excited to be heading out on the road to perform across the UK this October.

“Playing live is our favourite thing to do as a band and we can’t wait to perform all our hits plus some new tracks from Red Flag.

“It’s incredible to think our last proper tour was more than 15 years ago, so we’ve been waiting for this moment for a very long time.

“From the feedback we’ve read online it seems like a lot of our fans have been anxiously waiting too.

“We can’t wait to get out there and see everyone.”

The band are expected to perform “new material from their upcoming album along with all their classic hits” on the tour

All Saints play the O2 Academy, Sheffield city centre, on Saturday, October 15. Tickets go on sale on Friday, March 18, at 9am, from www.gigsandtours.com
