Sheffield’s Italia Uno is the answer. This takeaway rustles up meals which wouldn’t be out of place in a high end Italian restaurant...and you can enjoy them from the comfort of your own sofa.

Our food took less than an hour to arrive and was hot enough to dish straight up, without the need to zap it in the microwave first.

My linguine spinaci e gamberetti (£6.45) was deliciously creamy with a generous quantity of juicy prawns, while my partner had a torino pizza (£7.95), which had a thin and crispy base and flavoursome tomato sauce. With a freshly prepared insalata caprese (£4.20), cheese and tomato garlic bread (£5.50) and a naughty slice of Nutella pizza (£2.95), our order came to £29.05 including delivery. I’d pay double that in a restaurant.
