JUNIOR Witter intends to use ITV's drawing power to recruit a few million new fans this time next week.
There are some pundits who think the counter-punching styles of the Ingle boxer and American foe Timothy Bradley might be too cautious and similar - and cancel each other out.
But Witter, talking on video at thestar.co.uk, said: "We are looking for around about 7-10million viewers so therefore I want to show the nation what I can do.
"I have got to go out and perform, I like that pressure...I am going to try and stop him and land some good shots."
The WBC light welter champion believes a spectacular showing will bring in an army of new admirers.
"There are a lot of people who know my name (but) who haven't seen me fight. It is the first chance for some people to see me and a chance for others who haven't seen me for a long while to see what I am doing now.
"There was a lot of talk after my last fight, ( a KO win over Vivian Harris, September) - it's (ITV) a good platform."
Witter says he is under no pressure to knock Bradley out, but stressed: "I want to do it. I am going for a stoppage."
While Bradley is, in the main, a counter puncher, he can vary his approach, says the Sheffielder.
"He does come forward and try and fight; he has little flaws when he does that. He wants to put me under pressure which is fine by me because I have had people try and do that before.
"He has fought a couple of decent people but he has never boxed a world champion...anybody on my level.
"He is dangerous. His youth factor and the fact he hasn't been beaten will help drove him forward and keep him going. Everybody you get in with, basically, is dangerous and he has done a lot of good things to get where he is."
