SHEFFIELD'S Tae Kwon Do expert Mark Lee took just 14 seconds to take a gold medal in the Tae Kwon Do International European championships at Cork, Ireland.
It makes painful watching, as his superbly-executed axe kick pole-axed his opponent in the men's heavy weight division to become European Champion.
Mark had earlier beaten David Cooper the 6 foot 8 inch tall reigning English Champion in the semi-final.
Steve McAleavy, also a member of the Tae Kwon Do Association of Great Britain (TAGB) tutored by Graham Churchill, a 6th Degree black belt, gained bronze in the same division .
McAleavy had to retire from the semi final with a severe nose bleed
Churchill described Lee's gold win as a "a great result."
