NEIL Machin insists 2009 team building will start at 10pm tomorrow.
Sheffield Tigers owner is looking at a major overhaul of the Owlerton side who will race together for one final time this season against an Outlaws Select team.
It will signal the end of Andre Compton's glittering career. Ben Wilson is also likely to move on after riding for the club since he was a schoolboy – and other departures are expected.
Machin is taking the opportunity to look at potential signings in the Outlaws line-up, including club assets Lee Complin, Richard Hall and James Birkinshaw – although the latter would probably welcome a return to Birmingham.
Said Machin: "We knew we would have to restructure and Andre's decision underlines that.
"We need to integrate more flair and colour and will be looking to put together seven riders who we can sell to supporters and who will be competitive at the top end of the Premier League."
