Brown won't be going to Sheffield United says Bruce

Wigan boss Steve Bruce has ended speculation that Michael Brown could rejoin Sheffield United on loan.
"I keep hearing the Brown rumour but there's nothing in it. In fact, I don't see us doing anything before the transfer window shuts."

Bruce insisted: "We need a good squad and I've only got three central midfield players."

Brown, 31, was at Bramall Lane from 2000-4. before joinig Spurs, Fulham and then Wigan.
