SHEFFIELD-based Shelley Rudman is celebrating after winning her first skeleton World Cup race for nearly a year in Germany on Saturday.
Rudman, aged 30, who won a silver medal at the 2006 Winter Olympics, was fastest on both runs Konigssee to beat Marion Thees into second.
She posted on Twitter: “Just won the World Cup race in Konigssee by half a second. Wow! So, so happy.”
