Tigers off
Sheffield Tigers look set to face a midweek trip to Glasgow after yesterday's Premier League clash with Glasgow Tigers was washed out.
Alan Dick, Glasgow's co-promoter, said: "We're strapped for dates and it is likely we'll hold a mid-week meeting later this month."
Elsewhere, Rye House suffered their first home Premier League defeat of the season against Edinburgh Monarchs.
League-leaders Monarchs edged home 45-44 with only two finishers in the last race to notch their eighth win in a row.
At Berwick, Bandits beat Newport Wasps 46-43 with misfiring former Edinburgh Monarchs racer Michal Rajkowsky coming good with ten valuable points.
