BRITISH U21 Champion Joe Haines hopes he can inspire his team-mates to qualify for the World U21 Team Cup Final tomorrow at Lakeside.
Sheffield star Haines, who notched eight points for the Tigers on Thursday, won the first of his two British titles at the Essex venue and will take to the track as the most senior rider in the five man team.
The Bolton racer said: “The Aussies and the Danes look really strong and we know that we are going to need a big performance. We really want to do well in front of our home fans but it’s going to be tough. If everyone is firing on all cylinders we have a great chance, if not, it could be a disaster!”
