The Green Room made it the winning room when they lifted the John Smiths Star Cup, the Sheffield League’s original and most sought after trophy.
The E division winners triumphed over B Division winnners Sheffield Transpfort No,1. at Holme Lea.
In a close encounter. Rhys Athey put the Green Room 1-0 up but Martin Gallagher and Julian Bell reversed the situation, putting Transport 2-1 in front.
Martin Griffin brought things level before Paul Athey took green to pink to take the final frame and the Star Cup back to the Green Room.
At Allied Snooker Centre. Hustlers No.1 won a closely fought Bentley Cup final, the competition where the scores are added up rather than just the frames, beating Carlton SC No.2.
David Birley opened up a 41 point lead for Hustlers. Martin Finnigan added 13 to that. Ian Lake pulled nine back for Carlton leaving Carlton’s last player Kevin Breeze 45 points to catch up.
He made a brave effort and Stewart Swindell had to pot the last pink to give Hustlers the trophy.
The David Herriot Trophy is a play off for teams who have won promotion but not the division.
It was Laycocks Sports No.1, runners up in C Division who took the cup beating D Division third placed Stocksbridge C&I by three frames to one at Hustlers.
Chris Butcher and Dan Baggley put the Laycocks side 2-0 up before AlanHarley pulled one back for Stocksbridge. But Laycocks captain Mel Reid ensured there was to be no deciding frame, taking the next for their 3-1 win.
Alpine took the Teams Knockout by a similar margin at Steelers Sports Baragainst Frechville CC.
They lifted the trophy after producing some fine snooker.
James Kirk won the first frame for Frechville, clearing from brown to black to go in front for the first time in the frame.
Wayne Wootton knocked in a 45 to level for Alpine before David Portman made a 58 but still had to pot a re-spotted black to put them in front. IanQuinn completed the 3-1 win in the fourth to give them the cup.
