All rugby union eyes will be on the Lions’ First Test against Australia tomorrow but former Sheffield schoolboy Dominic Barrow is ready for his own big day.
Dominic is in the England side which has reached the World U20 RU Championship Final against Wales in France on Sunday.
The big second row forward helped England defeat New Zealand’s ‘Baby Blacks’ for the first time ever, 33-21, in the semi-final.
Dominic, who went to school at Oughtibridge and then Bradfield Secondary, played for Stocksbridge RUFC at nine and then at Barnsley RUFC before joining Leeds Carnegie.
A former Hallamshire Harrier, he has played in all England age group teams.
