Ryde helps Armthorpe to good win
KEITH Ryde (21-8) laid the foundations for Armthorpe's 151-124 Midweek League One win over Pilks Recreation.
Denaby posted a 155-118 win over Armthorpe B.
Dave Patrickson senior won 21-7 for unbeaten Woodlands Park in their 152-137 win at Yorkshire Main.
Mick Reilly, Brian Barrass and Barry Connolly (all 21-9), Craig Rumney (21-8), David Poole (21-2) and Andy Poole (21-6) all featured in Pilks' 168-71 rout of Denaby.
Bottom club Brodsworth gained their first Division Two win, good performances from Ged Sheldon (21-7) and Steve Hallas (21-5) securing them a 161-91 success over Thorne.
Carcroft captain Phil Stones won the match at the death, his 21-5 succcess securing his side a 147-133 win over Rossington.
Eamon Costello (21-6) shone for Parklands in their 156-132 win over UNISON.
Denise Green (21-8) was Eden Grove-Pegler's only winner as Keith Smith (21-9) and Trevor Cotterill (21-6) won well for UNISON in their 155-113 victory.
Adwick B finished the match strongly with wins from Irene Fletcher (21-8), Royce Dunhill (21-9) and Alan Burns (21-2) helping them to a 153-119 Division Three win over Askern.
Mick Baker (21-4) and Norman Clowes (21-7) shone for Pilks Rec B in their 137-116 win, with Geoff Bratton replying 21-5 for Adwick.
Dennis Reilly (21-6), Eddie Curtis (21-4) and Tracey Paton (21-3) enjoyed good wins for Askern in their 163-88 victory over Armthorpe C.
Alan Burns (21-9) and Carol Raven (21-8) won the match (144-123) for Adwick B despite resistance from Hexthorpe's Jane Morris (21-7).
Bentley Colliery started the match with a 21-2 win from Ron Strutt, but Bawtry finished the better thanks to Brenda Marrison (21-5) and Margaret Smith (21-4) and claimed a 139-114 Division Four win.
Conan Ingram won 21-5 for Harvesters, but 21-6 wins from Alvin Langham and Les Candler helped Brodsworth B win 140-118. Ken Strutt (21-7) was one of Bentley Colliery's two winners as Pam Morgan (21-8), Danny Ruffini (21-6) and Kevin Dawson (21-5) helped Eden Grove-Pegler B win 147-102.
