St Helens half-back Jonny Lomax has been ruled out of England’s Gillette Four Nations squad on medical grounds.

The 21-year-old tore ankle ligaments in Saturday’s Super League Grand Final defeat by Leeds, whose stand-off Danny McGuire has been called up as a replacement

McGuire’s Leeds team mate Carl Ablett has cancelled his stag do to Las Vegas after receiving a shock call into the squad.
