If your sporting or charitable organisation wants a great night out at the dogs and to raise hundreds of pounds at the same time, then look no further than Owlerton Greyhound Stadium’s FundRacer initiative.

Yorkshire’s leading greyhound track is offering free tickets to any local sports clubs or charities that will then be able to sell them and keep all the money raised for the benefit of their organisation.

John Gilburn, managing director at Owlerton Greyhound Stadium, said: “We are very proud of this scheme which offers sporting clubs and charities a unique chance to raise significant funds.

“As well as raising up to £3,000, the FundRacer offers a wonderful opportunity to bring all the people connected with your orgnaisation together to enjoy a great night out!”

After registering for free tickets, the organisation can select a date and will then be given tickets for that night which they can sell for a recommended price of £6. Each ticket includes entry, race card and a drink.

Minimum quantities do apply to meet the requirements and for larger groups there is the potential to offer prizes for the winners on the evening.
