HOW TO USE OUR MATCHDAY CENTRE:
To get the most out of our Matchday Centre read the following top tips and troubleshooting advice carefully, especially before using the service for the first time.
First, ensure you have the latest Adobe Flash Player on your computer or web browsing device. Without it the Matchday Centre web page won't load or work properly.
You can download the latest Adobe Flash Player for FREE by CLICKING HERE.
Then you are ready to visit and use our Match Centre web page. Simply click the link above or the one below, following this user advice. There's no need to register. Just get going.
In the left column you will find a drop down link to all the league tables. Find the league with the team you are looking for and select it.
That will bring up a list of clubs and matches, in the left column, with the the league table, which will refresh live, on the right.
During a game click on the information icon to the far left of the match or club you want to follow live.
This will bring up all the match details and a written running commentary. It should automatically refresh and update every minute or so. Just keep the web page open on your computer screen.
Top tip:
If you want to manually check for an update, while using Matchday Live, hit the refresh screen icon at the top of your web browser. But normally, this should not be necessary.
Top tip:
Press F11 to fill the screen with our Match Centre. This makes it much easier to scroll to the bottom of the page to access full details, including the match reports, before or after the game. Simply press F11 again to minimise the screen.
After each game you will still be able to read the full coverage, as it was reported live, along with all the statistics, facts and figures. There will also be a short match report - all of it extra to our other existing and continuing on line and in paper overage.
Top tip:
If you are going away on holiday - whether you're staying in Bridlington or Bisbane - you can now get live coverage of your local team. Simply remember to visit The Star's website and follow the links to our Matchday Centre.
