Latest: sniper Lester extends deal

Chesterfield marksman Jack Lester has agreed a further one year's extension on his existing deal which means he will be staying with the Spireites until June 2011.

Lester said: "I am really pleased as this contract extension means I can look forward to being part of the exciting new future being lined up for the Spireites, including the move to the new stadium."

Chesterfield manager John Sheridan said: "I am delighted that by extending his contract Jack is now part of our longer-term plans for Chesterfield Football Club."
