Sheffield Steelers coach: "It's still our trophy!"

Steelers crushed Devils 6-2 at Sheffield Arena tonight, Rob Dowd leading the team to victory with a brace.

And while the Welsh remain very much odds-on favourites to take the crown, no one at the House of Steel wants to see the trophy paraded in green and red ribbons on home ice.

Cardiff return to Sheffield next Saturday, doubtless hoping of getting a win.

But Steelers are a proud cluband if they can delay that championship going over the border, they will.
