John Armstrong - almost too hot to handle.
The Sheffield Steelers forward has been named EIHL Player of the Week.
Armstrong, 29, helped the South Yorkshire side secure two wins from their three games over the weekend, starting in Braehead on Friday night with two assists.
He chalked up no fewer than five points in the 6-0 hammering of Braehead at iceSheffield on Sunday.
Significantly, when he was shut down on Saturday night by Fife Flyers, Steelers lost the game 2-1...indicating his value to the team.
Armstrong, who originally joined the Steelers from Danish side Odense Bulldogs during the summer of 2016, now has a league leading 12 goals and 20 points in 15 Elite League games this season.
