SHEFFIELD STEELERS went ahead 3-1 in a pulsating first period at Coventry Blaze tonight - but the margin was reduced to a single goal advantage by the interval.
Wingers Tylor Michel and Lee Esders had scored following Ross Venus’s early strike for Paul Thompson’s men.
Then Jeff Legue added another.
But Steelers lead was halved by Brad Leeb.
And the momentum turned in the middle period Dustin Cameron and Matt Beleskey giving Blaze the lead for the first time.
Full wrap up in Wednesday’s Star.
