DONCASTER’S seven-race programme on Friday, which begins at 2pm, is a fully-sponsored card, featuring a quartet of races supported by Cardsave, the largest independent provider of credit and debit card processing facilities for businesses in the UK.
Other race sponsors include regular supporters, The Earl Of Doncaster Hotel along with Direct Traffic Management Ltd. of Thorne and Pland Stainless Ltd. of Leeds.
The first of three consecutive Thursday evening meetings at Doncaster takes place next week (July 7), when racing begins at 6.30pm with a handicap contest for amateur riders.
The Crown Hotel at Bawtry put their name to a contest for maidens over six furlongs, while the programme is also supported by locally-based companies - Atteys Solicitors, Artsign Ltd and DC Training & Development Services Ltd.
Sprinters take part in The Happy Birthday Daniel Calow Maiden Stakes.
The Caribbean flavour of the evening includes a Steel Band, along with a selection of food and drink.
The giant screen situated opposite the main stands will enable racegoers to see all of the action.
A shuttle bus service will be in operation from the railway station.
