A record crowd of almost 13,000 flocked to Doncaster Racecourse for last Saturday’s William Hill Lincoln, the Heritage Handicap which traditionally begins the new Flat turf season.

With over 20,000 people through the turnstiles in total over the weekend, the Racecourse recorded its highest attendance figures since it re-opened following redevelopment works in 2007.
