Beth England and Courtney Sweetman-Kirk both scored twice as FA WSL 2 leaders Doncaster Rovers Belles hammered bottom side Watford to stay two points clear of second-placed Reading.
This as the second time that the Belles have put the Golden Girls to the sword this season having won by the same score in the reverse fixture last month.
It took Doncaster just three minutes to take the lead when Sue Smith played in England, who smashed a terrific half-volley in the net from a difficult angle.
Belles struck again just before half-time when England beat Watford goalkeeper Trippoli Witney to Rhiannon Roberts’ deep free-kick to head into an empty net.
Sweetman-Kirk got in on the act as she finished the match as a contest seven minutes into the second half when she powered in a first-time finish from Sophie Barker’s lay-off.
And she was to claim her 15th goal of the season as she again beat Witney to the ball to nod in as Watford failed to clear another Roberts free-kick.
Smith then wrapped up an emphatic victory for Doncaster late in the day as she sent a free-kick from the right-hand corner of the box right into the top corner.
