Hull City manager Steve Bruce has described this current Sheffield Wednesday side as the best he has seen for a few years.
The former Sheffield United boss was speaking after watching his side settle for a point against the Owls at Hillsborough after Abel Hernandez equalised Fernando Forestieri's opener for the home side.
Bruce was impressed by Wednesday and said that their resurgence of late was 'good for the city'.
"We knew that was going to be difficult, that was arguably the best Sheffield Wednesday team I have seen over the last few years," Bruce added. "They have got an impressive coach, they have got a bit of quality they have brought in, they are a handful and the crowd at last seem like they have got something to shout about, which is good for the city.
"It's a steeped-in-history club and it's good to see them on the mend if that's the right word."
