BOSS Gary Megson is poised to reshuffle his back four for the third match in a row when Sheffield Wednesday take on Leyton Orient.

Captain Rob Jones serves an automatic one-match ban versus the O’s after picking up his fifth caution of the season at Tranmere Rovers.

Giant centre-half Jones, who has chipped in with three goals, also missed the FA Cup first round triumph at Morecambe after having minor nose surgery. Benin international Reda Johnson deputised at the Globe Arena and Megson recalled Julian Bennett at left-back.

The Owls chief is likely to hand James Tavernier his debut at right-back if Lewis Buxton is ruled out. Buxton missed the trip to Prenton Park due to a hamstring problem he sustained in training last week. The former Stoke City player went for an x-ray yesterday.

Leading scorer Gary Madine is also a major doubt to start against Orient after being taken off at Tranmere suffering a toe knock. Ryan Lowe could step in.
