Sheffield Wednesday have confirmed the signing of Stevie May on a four-year deal.
May is understood to have switched from Scottish top flight side St Johnstone for a £800,000 fee, a deal which includes various add-ons.
St Johnstone had accepted bids from both the Owls and rivals Rotherham United but May opted for Hillsborough after meeting with representatives of both clubs.
The former Scotland U21 international scored 27 goals last term as the Saints secured European football.
