DANNY Batth is set to miss out on a game against his former Wednesday team-mates tomorrow.

The ex-Owls loan star’s only two appearances for Wolves this season have been in the Capital One Cup - including this week’s 6-0 defeat at Chelsea, where manager Stale Solbakken made 10 changes.

Solbakken is set to revert to the first-choice centre-back pairing of Roger Johnson, who was linked with the Owls in the summer, and Christophe Berra as he seeks a fourth successive Championship win.

Batth scored his first goal for Wolves in a 3-1 Cup win at Northampton in August.

The Molineux club’s wide men tomorrow could be Razak Boukari and Bakary Sako, who each cost £3m-plus, from Rennes and St Etienne respectively.

Wolves’ recent run has taken them to sixth in the table, three points behind leaders Brighton.
