The final placings for this season's Championship Play-Offs have been confirmed this afternoon after the final round of fixtures.

Sheffield Wednesday lost 2-1 to Fulham but remained in fourth in the table due to Huddersfield Town's defeat to Cardiff City.

That sets up, for Wednesday, a double header with the Terriers, with the first game taking place at the John Smith's Stadium on Sunday.

The teams will meet at Hillsborough, for the second leg, the following Wednesday night.

The Owls have already beaten David Wagner's side twice this season. Fernando Forestieri scored the only goal of the game from the spot in the away game in October and was also on target, with Ross Wallace scoring the other in a 2-0 win.

Reading finished in third and will take on Fulham, with the first of their games coming at Craven Cottage on Saturday before the return fixture at the Madejski Stadium on Tuesday.
