Championship football is back from international week and Sheffield Wednesday go straight into a tough fixture.

Huddersfield are experiencing a Carvalhal type revolution under head coach David Wagner. The club have brought back a feel good factor to the West Yorkshire team that is reminiscent of the atmosphere the Owls created last season. Huddersfield fans are being encouraged to fill the ground with reduced ticket prices and on the pitch the team aren’t holding back. With shrewd loan signings The Terriers are barking up the right tree.

So can Wednesday become only the third club to beat Huddersfield this season? The Terriers are looking for their sixth consecutive home win and The Owls have won four of their last six games. We’re three points from a play-off place so we should be motivated to take some points from Town on Sunday.

As we discussed last week Wednesday are profligate in front of goal.

Like Brighton, Huddersfield are solid in defence having only conceded eight all season, four at home and four away. We know we have the ability to score our players just need a confident boost to remember that they can. It would also be good to see Forestieri look like he wants to play for us.

Where Wednesday are going to struggle is identifying where the goal threat is - they all seem to be at it!

Huddersfield aren’t high scoring but their 15 goals have been scored by ten different players from strikers, midfielders and defenders. German loanee striker Elias Kachunga is top scorer with four.

I think it’ll be a tight game and I’d be very happy with a point away from home against the current top team in the league but three points would be even better.
