Owls midfield player Giles Coke has signed a new two-year contract.

The news comes on the day after he resumed pre-season training with the club.

Manager Dave Jones has been wanting the 27-year-old to stay, in view of his form in the latter part of last season.

Jermaine Johnson is now the only out-of-contract player whose future has yet to be finalised - and he has signalled that he too will put pen to paper.

Miguel Llera, David Prutton and Lewis Buxton have signed new deals, and Stephen Bywater has left for Millwall.
