But the central midfielder concedes the Owls need to eradicate the “silly mistakes” threatening to undermine their progress.
Dave Jones’ troops have taken the lead in five of their 10 league matches this season but that first victory remains elusive.
“Everybody is hurting right now because we know in the majority of games that we have had our chances. We are not playing badly or getting battered every game.
“We were all really down after the Brighton game after letting another lead slip late on. We were all really disappointed.
“We know we have got to stick together and we will turn things around.”
