STRUGGLING Sheffield United are in the drop zone and still waiting for their first win under Micky Adams after losing 3-0 and ending the game with nine men at Ipswich, writes Digital Editor Graham Walker.

Paul Jewell registered a hat-trick of successive league victories from only his first four npower Championship games in charge as they enjoyed an emphatic win over the Blades.

Jewell’s predecessor Roy Keane never managed that feat during 20 months in charge but

Town looked a completely different animal as they played with confidence in contrast to United, now third from bottom.

Damien Delaney put talk over his future to one side as he broke the deadlock midway the first half by heading home a free-kick from home debutant Jimmy Bullard.

And it was another man linked with a move away from Portman Road - captain David Norris - who converted Delaney`s cross shortly after the interval to leave himself one short of a 10-goal season haul for the first time in his career.

Tamas Priskin hit a post for Town while Grant Leadbitter saw his late penalty turned around the post by Steve Simonsen, but there was nothing the Blades stopper could do to deny highly-regarded youngster Connor Wickham a stunning virtuoso third in the 87th minute.

A miserable afternoon was made even worse for United as the visitors saw substitute Rob Kozluk and midfielder Liam Williamson sent off within a minute of each other in the closing stages.

Little pink chums, it does not matter how much you polish or dress up a turd (SUFC) it’s still a turd (SUFC) ................http:www.thebladesonline.comthebladesonline201102nine-man-blades-reduced-to-polishing-turds.html?

Our little pink chums love to give it, but they cannot take it, the grunters use to delete our posts, not anymore. The snort beasts are the number 1 comedy club. Keep the laughs coming, you couldn’t right it. The pork boys are playing better. WOW. What would happen if you played bad? £75 mill debt, falling attendances, no foreign clubs, no bed and breakfast, players wanting to leave and have you seen the state of your squad. Who can you blame and sue this time. HAPPY DAYS

Trouble is SWFCGirl they've (Mostly S2blunt in his other guise as BM) laughed at us and our predicament for that long they've forgotten how to laugh when their clubs in the mire...... Unlike us Owls. So where as BM resorted to deleting...... Thanks to him he can no longer delete so he reads all our posts with tears streaming down his face. And now because their little club is rapidly going down the swanny and massively in debt with dwindling crowds they don't like it and come on here crying and saying that they're in a league above us!!!!! Considering that's all they have to go on now....... Quite embarrassing really to be a blunt..... I kinda feel sorry for them..... NOT!!!!!!!!! LOL. You reap what you sow!!!!! Not surprised that the footballing world are all laughing at the blunts! UTO
