Warne sets an example says boss
VETERAN striker Paul Warne has been hailed as "a great example" to his fellow professionals by his manager Ronnie Moore.
"He is the model pro," said Moore about the 37-year-old who marked his first start after a broken leg nine months ago with the winner at Hereford last Saturday.
"The way he looks after himself, how he keeps himself fit, his dedication, it's all outstanding and it's helped keep him in great shape," added the Rotherham United manager.
"He ran his socks off at Hereford, chased and harried everything and his whole approach was a great example to everybody, particularly those young players who are up and coming and learning the game."
Injury checks will be needed on two players ahead of the tripm to second-placed Shrewsbury.
They are Tom Elliott, missing from the last two games, and Exodus Geohaghon who came off on Tuesday with a groin strain.
