Scott laments poor signings

ROTHERHAM United manager Andy Scott today admitted that some of the players he brought in to improve the club have failed to deliver.

Scott, who took over with a month of last season to go, began this campaign insisting the Millers were going for the title and he wasn’t even thinking of the play-offs.

He said. “It is proving a longer job than I thought it would. We’ve brought in some good players but I’ve brought in some who have not quite done it.”
