ROTHERHAM United caretaker-manager Darren Patterson says they still can’t be written off as Play-off contenders as they prepare for this afternoon’s home game with sixth-placed Cheltenham.

“Anything is possible in football and I would never rule anything out,” said Patterson who has overseen three wins out of four in his time in temporary charge.

“We are six points behind the team in seventh (Oxford) and whilst it is a tough ask with so few games left, stranger things have happened. We have got to focus on winning our games.”
