WITH the transfer window set to re-open, there seems certain to be movement both in and out at Rotherham United.
Manager Steve Evans has made no secret of the fact he will add to his squad and a striker remains a priority.
In addition, it seems some of the first-team squad will be offered the chance to leave, and there are two or three who have not been figuring in Evans’ plans recently.
His assistant, Paul Raynor, confirmed the club’s intentions ahead of today’s home game with Accrington Stanley when he said: “We do need a couple of players to add to the squad.” Evans is already understood to have lined up potential signings.
Raynor added: “If signings mean people falling by the wayside or leaving then so be it. We are looking to improve and get better and better.”
