ROTHERHAM United are to extend the stay of on-trial striker Kieran Agard who scored the winner in last night’s 2-1 home victory over Doncaster Rovers.
Agard, formerly at Everton but released by Yeovil, is training with the Millers and was a second half sub last night.
Manager Steve Evans said he tried to sign Agard when he was at Everton. He would continue training with the Millers and be involved in Saturday’s friendly with Hearts.
Most fans had no idea who Agard was when he went on and even when he scored his name wasn’t given - the announcer simply said the scorer was Number 22.
