MANAGER Steve Evans has challenged Rotherham United to force their way into top-seven contention by the end of 2012.

The Millers are three points adrift of the play-off placings but have a game in hand on their rivals after Tuesday’s clash at Accrington Stanley was called off.

“If we get ourselves in and around the play-offs at the turn of the year then we will be well set up for the second half of the season,” said the Scot. “We know we are only going to get better.”

The Millers match at Stanley has been re-arranged for Tuesday, November 27, kick-off 7.45pm. Fans who have paid in advance of the fixture and still have their ticket can obtain a refund from the New York Stadium ticket office.
