ROTHERHAM United are expected to complete a new signing today.
Manager Ronnie Moore, angered by his side’s performance in their 3-0 defeat at Stevenage last night, said he would be bringing in an attacking player on a permanent deal but declined to identify him.
However, he continues to be linked with his son, Ian Thomas Moore, at Tranmere.
“All I will say is he’s a player who’ll bring pace and ability to the side,” said Moore. “It will be undisclosed.”
He added: “After this performance, I’ll be making more calls because we may need something in defence as well.
“It was spineless, gutless and you certainly expect far better than this. Fans travel a long way on a Tuesday night and deserve better.”
