ANDY Liddell is convinced that the League Two scrap for automatic promotion and the play-off places will go right to the last game.

Rotherham United are at home to Morecambe tomorrow having slipped to ninth, their lowest position of the season, following only their third home defeat on Tuesday to Shrewsbury.

“It really is so tight, with just a few points separating a lot of clubs and I believe this will go down to the last game,” said the caretaker-manager.

“We have to make sure that we are in there on the last day fighting for something whether it’s second or third place or the play-offs.”

The Millers have injury issues over central defenders Ryan Cresswell and Nick Fenton, both of whom were missing on Tuesday.
