PLAY-OFF chasing Rotherham United missed out on three points against relegation battling Northampton Town when the home team got a late equaliser, writes Digital Editor Graham Walker.
Rotherham took an early lead when defender Paul Rodgers headed into his own net and Ryan Taylor made it 2-0 at the break by firing in from 18 yards.
Leon McKenzie then got Northampton back into the match with a close-range shot.
And Davies moved them four points above the bottom two when he fired past Jamie Annerson from outside the area.
The Cobblers have moved above Burton Albion into 21st place but Gary Johnson’s side have played a game more than the teams below them.
