ROTHERHAM United have decided not to pursue their interest in big striker Liam Dickinson.

Dickinson was with Barnsley last season but made only a handful of appearances.
Rotherham play Alan Knill’s Scunthorpe United tonight at the Don Valley Stadium and Scunthorpe are among those who have shown interest in Adam Le Fondre. They are understood to have tabled a recent bid well below Rotherham’s valuation.
The Millers have said that any clubs interested have be looking for more than half a million for a player who has scored over 50 goals in the past two seasons.
The Millers returned on Monday from a training trip to Portugal with Scott likely to have taken some time assessing what further targets he will pursue.
A Millers X1 lost 3-0 at Stocksbridge last night and the club conclude their first team friendlies at home to Huddersfield on Saturday (3pm) but also send a team to play at Parkgate next Monday (7pm) in probably the club’s first game in Rotherham since leaving Millmoor in 2008.
Parkgate’s Green Lane complex is currently Rotherham’s training base.
