Millers boss keeps belief over play-offs

Have your say

Caretaker-manager Andy Liddell insists that Rotherham United have still got “every chance” of being involved in the League Two promotion shake-up.

They have slipped to tenth, two points outside the play-offs, although that gap would become three points if Accrington Stanley win at home to Southend United tonight because Torquay would then occupy seventh spot.

“We’ve lost but the stupid thing is we’ve still got a chance and I’m being positive; we are certainly still in with every chance.” said Liddell.

The Millers, at Cheltenham on Saturday, hope that Ryan Cresswell and Ian Thomas-Moore, both missing on Saturday, may be available.
