BRADFORD have recalled goalkeeper Matt Duke from his loan spell with fellow League Two strugglers Northampton - and will now compete for the position with Jamie Annerson, who is on loan from Rotherham United.

The Bantams will be without regular stopper Jon McLaughlin for at least three games as a result of the red card he received in the mass brawl after the defeat to Crawley.

With internal and Football Association investigations also looming, McLaughlin could face further sanctions.

Duke will now return to the club and battle with Annerson for a starting spot against Plymouth at the weekend.
