ROTHERHAM UNITED were beaten by bottom of the table Wycombe Wanderers on a frustrating night at the New York Stadium.
Daniel Nardiello made it 1-0 over Wycombe from close range, converting to the bottom left corner of the goal... all in under a minute.
Wycombe didn’t let the goal affect them and Andy Warrington had to save from Matt McClure after 10 minutes.
The visitors continued to press and were rewarded on 29 minutes through an equaliser by Dave Winfield after a pass by Josh Scowen.
However parity didn’t last long with the Millers taking a 2-1 lead into the half time break thanks to Mark Bradley’s 35th minute strike.
Bradley latched onto a Ben Pringle pass to fire high into the net from just inside the area.
Just as Millers fans were hoping their team would push on in the second half and build on Bradley’s goal the Chairboys equalised through McClure on 50 minutes.
And it got worse for Rotherham as Wycombe took the lead five minutes later as McClure lobbed Warrington.
The Millers couldn’t find a way through the Wycombe defence as they slipped to a damaging loss.
