BAWTRY Town lost out to Swinton Station Athletic by the odd goal in 11 as their rivals registered their first success of the season in the Doncaster Senior League Premier Division.

Kieran Clarke bagged a brace of goals for Athletic, with Josh Warren, Craig Mitchell, Lee Woodhall and Nathan Davies, also finding the net.

Craig Buchanan (2), Jamie Cook, Jermain Green and Dan House were the Bawtry scorer.

Dean Griffiths and Nathan Fraser were the marksmen for leaders Rossington Main as they won 2-0 at South Kirkby Colliery.

An own goal helped high-flying Sutton Rovers come out on top 5-2 at Edlington Town.

Luke Chambers led the way with a hat trick, with Ryan Walker adding the other goal. Sam Rose and Adam Harle reducing the arrears.

Aaron Senior was twice on target as AFC Sportsman Rovers accounted for Hemsworth Town 3-2.

Nick Lovell also netted for Rovers while Alan Billington and Michael Horbury replied for Town.

Carcroft Village suffered a surprise 3-2 home defeat at the hands of Brodsworth Welfare.

Shaun Mundy and Steve Cunningham were the home marksmen.

Ryan Hardy and Patrick Needham shared out the South Elmsall United Services goals as they went down 4-2 at Bramley Sunnyside.

Hatfield Main beat Kinsley Boys 2-0, Alec Moscardini getting both goals.

Hemsworth MW reached double figures with a 10-2 triumph at Askern Athletic.

Paul Cooper and Neil Pickersgill both notched hat tricks, with Tom Hemmingway (2), Lee Carrington and Robbie Crapper, completing the tally. Robert Rowland scored both consolation goals.

Daniel Porteous and Jamie Lambert both scored twice as Scawthorpe and Bentley Rhinos won 4-1 at Highwayman, for who, Sulaiman Deeks-Massaquori pulled a goal back.

An own goal helped Ackworth United get the better of Dunscroft United 3-1. Richard Sands reduced the arrears.

Dawid Porebski, Murek Szeszol and Lukasz Szynai, were the ISG Doncaster marksmen in a 3-1 victory at Sun FC (Richard Kingsbury).
