Worsbrough Bridge Athletic stretched their unbeaten home record to seven games after a 2-2 draw against Albion Sports last night to move up to fifth in the NCEL Division One.

Frickley Athletic climbed off the bottom of the Evo-Stik Premier Division after a last-minute own goal gave them a 1-0 home victory over fellow strugglers Eastwood Town.

Hallam’s Division One clash against neighbours Askern Villa at Sandygate Road was postponed due to fog.

Stocksbridge Park Steels make the trip to fellow strugglers Whitby Town this evening looking to bounce back from their 3-2 home defeat against Matlock Town at the weekend.

Whitby go into the game just a point and one place behind Steels in 20th but have two games in hand. Worksop Town are at Buxton.
