Sheffield Wednesday travel to Elland Road to meet a Leeds side who have made a decent start under Brian McDermott and are favourites at 11/10 with Wednesday 11/4 and the draw 5/2.
That looks a bit short despite the Owls having lost their first two games 2-1 although the most popular bet of the week has been for another 2-1 win for the hosts at 17/2; Dave Jones would probably take a point now and a 1-1 draw at 13/2 is Victor Chandler’s recommendation.
Sheffield United went down 3-1 at Griffin Park to a Brentford side who are justifying the confidence punters had in them pre-season; Brentford are now into 7/1 for the title (Wolves 3/1 favourites) with the Blades out to 12s (7/2 for promotion) and manager David Weir will want his side to bounce back against Colchester with United 7/10, Colchester 4/1 and the draw 11/4.
The visitors have six points from their two games to date but they took a hiding from Posh in the Capital One Cup - this is a game the Blades need maximum points from.
Rotherham have drawn both league games so far this and they are 12/5 for their trip to Crawley.
