FORMER Sheffield United and Barnsley player Rob Kozluk insists he still has some mileage left in him, at the ripe old age of 34.
Kozluk is a free agent after deciding not to accept a new deal at Bramall Lane and is hoping an attractive club wil come in for him.
“Obviously it is not ideal not being with a club before the start of the season, but sometimes that is how things go,” Kozluk told skysports.com.
“There are a few clubs who have expressed an interest and I know I have got a few years left in me yet at a good level, so I am hopeful I will soon be back playing again shortly.”
The ex-Bramall Lane defender is understood to be attracting attention from a number of clubs from the Championship down to League Two. Mansfield-born Kozluk, who started his career at Derby County, had 220 games for Sheffield United, in two stints.
